In-Person Experience
Your interview day is designed to give you maximum exposure to our residents and faculty plus a broad overview of our training program.
While most interviews take place on Mondays, the process actually begins the Sunday night before with a casual dinner with residents. Your significant other and children are welcome at this dinner.
You can expect Monday’s interview schedule to last until 3:00 p.m.
If you’d like to take advantage of your trip to Waco and spend additional time (a few hours to even a week) with residents during your visit here, please contact Camryn Massingill, Recruiting Liaison, in advance to make these arrangements.
Virtual Interview Experience
Our virtual interview day also gives you significant exposure to our residents and faculty, a broad overview of our training program, and a close-up, virtual view of life in Waco.
We think you’ll find it very unique—and surprisingly engaging and enjoyable!
The experience actually begins the night before with a casual (and virtual) coffee hour with residents and families—our treat! Your significant other and children are welcome to join in.
The following day’s interview schedule to begins around 8:15 a.m. and lasts until 1:45 p.m. (all times are Central Time).
